if he is a gang member..why would he sue? ICE will use that against him. this does not make sense, especially if his brother also has daca. why not get him also?

Why wasn't his brother arrested? Instead of finding out more details, immigrant rights groups blow the arrest out of proportion and get unwanted attention. Now we find out he's a gang member and now it looks bad for all of us daca recipients.
