I read that a judge gave until Thursday for ice to provide evidence he is a gang member or to release him. Someone can verify that. I am at work.

His lawyer did ask the assistant attorney of the federal goverment if there's evidence of him being a gang member, he said there not aware of any such evidence.

He should be released tomorrow according to the judge orders correct. If there is no evidence.
