If hearing about tragic car accidents, and witnessing car accidents, and being involved in one (minor, but still)... and hearing about people dying in car accidents everyday - DOESN'T stop me from driving, this is definitely NOT stopping me from driving. . . in fact, now i love it even more . . . . . . I've never broken the law, therefore, I'm confident that I'm entitled to my rights. period.

guys,

i am can only assume that she signed her voluntary departure because she didn't know what was going on and she was scared.
trust me, I know from personal experience, how rude, mean, and scary the border patrol can be. they try so hard to make you sign your voluntary departure.
if she would have not signed it, she could of stayed and fought like many of us here--or at least prolonged her deportation

So for all you out there, if you ever get caught unless you truly want to get deported, NEVER sign the voluntary departure. no matter how scared or how badly
border patrol or ice threatens you.

I lived through the whole ordeal so if any of you guys want really know HOW things work once you are in border patrol custody, let me know.
