I travel domestically for work. In the past month, I have been to NY, MI, TX.. .no issues at all.

FL requires you to carry your EAD if you have "Temporary" on your ID but that was in place before the Trump and Travel ban.

The thing is i only have my mexican passport. And yes i know about florida i had gone last month before trump came in. Im just worried because im born in Mexico not here. But you are a citizen cause you said your id i only have a mexican passport. Been traveling since Bush was president. It's just now that Trumps president i have to be precauses. Let me know if you got more info

My lawyer in Atlanta has suggested not to fly if you only have a foreign passport:

I can't figure out if you're trolling us or not.

You can travel within the U.S. with a foreign passport, even without the visa. Jose Antonio Vargas does it all the time, and he's in the same boat as you.

But hes a citizen. He was born in the Philippines n got papers wen he was raised so not the same. Im a full immigrant no papers no daca no nada just a mexican passport. Big difference
