While you dont have DACA you are gaining illegal time. If you dont have DACA you are deportable.

Randomly probably, just keep your nose clean and keep yourself well hidden.

Do both Sky.. get your GED, go to Barnes and Nobles in your area and ask them for a book on GED or w.e its called in your area. Study the math section and then take the test. Apply for DACA once you get the certificate that you passed. I would also go for the adjustment, that one will take longer to get but for the meanwhile you could have DACA in your hands you know. Good luck!

I guess I came late to the party.

I can confirm that is what it says on the letter there. You were denied because you haven't completed a HS or GED diploma. Stay out of trouble and study up. I believe the hardest part of it is algebra. I haven't taken it myself, but it's the same stuff you learn in high school.

Thank you man I'm sure will check it out !! That's the only one I'm missing to getxmy diploma. As dogjuice said, am I deportable? Like as they can order a removal and send a letter to me by just being denied?

I'm not sure, I asked the same question myself not too long ago. Didn't really get a reply, just got berated for being a first time applier after so long of DACA being out. Maybe people who got denied aren't around to tell us anymore *shrug* or maybe they just don't come here to this website. The way things are now with Trump, there's no way to know what happens. But don't be too worried just get that shit done ASAP, like priority 1 in your life. Then reapply. From what I hear the system is pretty backed up right now, theyre grabbing and deporting so many people that you might be their least of concerns right now. So jut get it done as soon as you can, as fast as you can.

They won't renew her daca because they will ask for the Ged :/
They denied because they didn't know if i was in the class at the time of filling man ;/
I'm tired of waiting, I've waited for a year and to this but its also my fault for failing the ged. I'm about about to marry my girlfriend this week and I'm paranoid about adjustment of status. It would another shame to wait more and more time for daca. I already want a stable life routine with my fiance
