Can you give the source or quote where it says that? From what I understand from this article, you need either a higher degree or military service or stay employed.

Don't read the article, read the actual bill. Also, I could have read it wrong since I skimmed through the bill.

Of all the impossible things to happen these past 2 years, from Falcons losing that lead, to Warriors losing that lead, to Trump winning, It still is hard to believe that we'd actually have a real chance of getting PR or USC under Trump of all people. It really blows my mind!

That sounds nice, but there's a sentence that said those who entered ILLEGALLY. How about those of us who were brought at young age with a VALID tourist visa and overstayed? Are we also included?
