No.. Marrying your USC wife alone does NOT qualify you for 241i..a petition for a green card or some sort of legal status must have been made to you before April 30, 2001 by a qualifying family member.... For example my Grandpa who is a USC, Back in 1997 put in a petition for my mom to get a green card because he is my mom's dad.. Since I was only 7 years old, they were able to put myself and my sister under that petition. So it kinda works like an umbrella.. If you have a mom, dad, uncle or a qualifying Family relative that petitioned your parents or a brother who petitioned you for a green card, you qualify under 241i as long as it was submitted and approved before April 30, 2001.. All you do is pay a $1,000 fine on top of application fees.
