daca still valid but trying to become resident

So my husband's DACA was approved August 2016 expires Aug 2018 but I've submitted an I-130 since he is married to a US Citizen does anyone know how this works I'm lost?

If you don't know, talk to a lawyer. There are so many factors involved for someone out of status that it's easy to fuck up. Him having DACA is a good thing since it means he can sleep at night without the worry of ICE breaking down his door while his paperwork goes through.

Late 40's Dreamer (Holy Fucking shit I'm almost 50 and still dealing with this), aged out of original DACA and didn't have a chance to apply for extended DACA after Republicans killed it on the vine.

I just wanna say that You really should post this and read within the DACA to AOS thread. You will get more focused answers there. However, you should not let this distract you from the fact that in 1998 the Undertaker threw Mankind off Hell in a Cell, and plummeted 16 feet through an announcer table.
