Daca Renewal processing 155th day processing(expired)

Hi all my renewal is now processing for 155 days. My app was received 10/18/2016. I have submitted a service request and got the standard generic answer of we are working as fast as possible. I then requested to expedite which was declined. I reached out to my local senator twice with no response. I just submitted an ombudsman, but something tells me that wont get me anywhere. My card has already expired, dont know what else to do. Any one have a similar situation that can offer advice?

im in the same boat. 115 days since they received my case and nothing after that.no receipts in the mail or nothing. i got my case number via Text message on my phone. my ead already expired and im out of a job and i have bills to pay and im running out of money. i sent a service request a few days ago. they said i should be hearing from them within 15 days but i havent received any email yet.

my next step is to try to contact my congressman but i dont know who where and how? i need to do some research

edit: Ok I found her but what do I tell her or how do I start? anybody got a template/format for this? Should I send a email or letter or call? And what do I ask her to do for me?

That center were you being handled by? I got routed to Cali and am in the same boat.

Something is going.... My brother renewed and he even got his EAD already and he still keeps receiving biometric appointment letters its like the third time....

No.i never got anything.just my case number.via text.it just says they received my case.

When you reach out to your local congress representative, call don't email.

Did y'all have ioe case numbers? If y'all did call back and ask for your passcode and access the new uscis website. When I did mine they uploaded everything online. Including biometrics.

What is this new uscis website you taling about. Does it tell you if your biometric is good or not?
