He has not been convicted of anything. Your comments about his past are pure hearsay. He used the word "risky," which can have different meanings in different contexts.

I asked him to tell us what exactly were those multiple "risky" endeavors were , otherwise we are going have to assume the worst. He answered us with questions.

yesss!!!! this!! I get what UWD is trying to do, but sometimes when i read her emails i feel like she is trowing the chances of some kind of relief for DACAmented people away. its like she is not willing to compromise, and am like, she is not speaking for me or my family.
