How Long Does I-765 Approval take after I-821D Approval?

Hey Everyone! I just wanted some idea on how long did y'all I-765 approval take to mail after receiveing approval for I-821D. I just got my notice in the mail (03/27/2017). I especially want to hear from the more recent cases because from my understanding, it takes longer nowadays. Took a whole year for me to get my approval.

I never got a letter of I-765 approval. If that's what you mean. The first and second time I applied I got one but this is my second renewal (3rd time in total) and I just received ead card. Now if you mean just approval in general to get ead card mine was approved 3 days later and received ead card 3 days after I received I-821d approval letter.

Okay, thanks for the reply! When did you apply if you don't mind me asking? This whole process was sooo long and frustrating. Just ready to get my permit and return to work.

I applied 12/17/2017 and I was approved 2/5/2017. It was really quick. I was amazed on how quick they worked my case. What are you still waiting on...your ead card?

Yes that was really quick! But yes, I'm just waiting on my EAD card now. Hope it hurries
