On Wednesday, White House Press Secretary Sean Spicer said that Montes' situation was "being looked at" and there "there are some circumstances regarding that, that will need to come out or could be further looked into."

"The President's priorities on immigration have been very clearly laid out," Spicer added during his daily briefing. "The focus has been on people who pose a threat to national security."

Attorney General Jeff Sessions said earlier Wednesday that "DACA enrollees are not being targeted" by immigration officials.

"II don't know why this individual was picked up," he said of Montes during an interview
on Fox News Channel.
Wow, guess Sessions has fallen in line!

“Well, the policy is that if people are here unlawfully, they’re subject to being deported. Our priority is clear. Our priority is to end the lawlessness at the border, stop the additional flow of illegals into the country, and then to prioritize those who’ve gotten in trouble with the law, recent arrivals, people who’ve been deported previously, drug dealers, and other criminal activities — activists. They need to be deported first. We’ve got so many of those right now, that’s the full-time job, basically. But others are — but, you know, we can’t promise people who are here unlawfully that they’re not going to be deported.”

Not really

Nice! Hopefully they let the poor guy back in, it was a real mean move on ICE's part to take advantage of a mentally handicapped person and bully them into signing their own deport docs.

Agreed. He's basically saying what DACA is all about, that we are at the bottom of the list. We are still on that list, but at the very bottom. So unless we break the law and jump to the front of that list, they have to deport the other 11 million first and then it's our turn, and good luck getting that done with the limited resources they have.
