Hello my friends,
I need help in filing for my green card,as I cannot afford hefty lawyer fees right now.I just submitted I-130 last month(prepared myself).i have AP( I-94).My wife is permanent resident and next month she is going to be US citizen(taking oath).I know a lot of Dreamers have filed themselves and have got their green card. Can someone please explain in detail what forms and documents I have to submit.I have clean record.I would really appreciate you all dreamers, just because of you all i have the courage to file myself and have did myself for DACA ,AP AND I-130 with your help.
Thank you DREAMERS and NEVER FORGET OBAMA .MICHELLE IN 2020.
THANK YOU

Hey! Check out the thread above and google everything! My husband and I did it ourselves with the help of Google. We asked our lawyer friend a few questions, but mostly it was us and Google. You got this! Cheering for ya!

Evidence:
Birth Certificate (yours)
Evidence your spouse is a USC (her naturalization certificate in this case)
Marriage License

All other stuff that your marriage is legit you can present at the interview. You can "front-load", but the issue is that at that point you no longer control the narrative and if you forget about some piece of evidence you submitted you might be interrogated further.
