is penn foster high school accepted at jobs and most colleges?

https://www.pennfoster.edu/ They have a legit location in PA. I am just after the high school diploma and not going to college through them but a local community college.

The High School has to be accredited by a US Department of Education (USDE) recognized accrediting agency. Penn Foster is accredited by the Distance Education Accrediting Commission (DEAC) which is registered and active under the USDE.

Looks like you're good to go
