Can we sue USCIS if we lose our jobs? my friend sent his daca 6 months ahead because he afraid he is going to be in the same situation as the one I am. they denied it and told him to send it between 120-150 days.

Lel mine took like 3 days.

As a matter of fact my old one hasnt even expired still.

No i would not do that.. since is against the law to work with a expired EAD
