I don't know if this is a silly question BUT...does anyone know the different between the two lockboxes?
USCIS Chicago Lockbox

U.S. Postal Service (USPS) deliveries:

USCIS
P.O. Box 5757
Chicago, IL 60680-5757

Express mail and courier deliveries:

USCIS
Attn: Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals
131 S. Dearborn 3rd Floor
Chicago, IL 60603-5517

Last time I sent mine to the 2nd one because I sent it overnight with USPS. Is everyone doing that?

I am sending my PA application via Express overnight too.

Wish me LUCK!

The difference between the two mailing addresses has to do with how you are mailing it. If you are mailing by express or require a signature on receipt, etc than you would use the second address. If you are regular mailing you can use the PO box address.

So express overnight would be the second address.

I've been sending my DACA initial and renewal to the express 2nd address, just dropped off my AP this morning as well. Overnight express.

**Fingers crossed for me**

Can someone apply for AP educational reasons if they have already graduated but sign up for a short course or diploma overseas?

I was looking at a study abroad program in Japan myself and I was told in the Japan consulate that I needed to apply one month in advance and needed proof of my stay there and how I was funding my trip (i.e. Bank statement). Hope this helps.

Does anyone know of a way to expedite the AP app? I am moving in June and would really like to travel before I move or receive the approval before hand too dont want it to get lost in the mail.
My congressman is Republican and will not do anything for me....should I call USCIS and see if they can expedite it?

Any suggestions? I applied or Humanitarian reason being that my father is very ill and hospitalized is also urgent too.
