My question is regarding form I-821D, question #1 under Part 4. Criminal, National Security, and Public Safety Information.

When I first applied for DACA, I answered yes to this question because I had gotten a ticket for open alcohol, but I never got arrested and never got a DUI at all. So I included a copy of my ticket and court disposition explaining I had a ticket and I got fined, payed the fine, and the case was cleared. So I got approved for DACA the first time and the second time I renew it but this is now my second time doing my renewal and my BIG question now is:

I will answer YES to this question again because I feel it's the right thing to do and i will send all the proof again to avoid any delays. With Trump being President right now and being so strict on immigration issues would I get deported or risk it to be deported at all? I've never gotten in any trouble at all or even gotten pulled over at all after I've had DACA, I'm hard working and very responsible, and I respect the laws in this country. Thank you for your answers in advance.

My personal opinion is you should have answered " no " to this question on your initial application
Because as you said you only got a ticket and the police didn't pursue the charge and the case was closed

Now I can only suggest you to consult with an immigration attorney , this administration has been unclear about DACA.
DACA is precarious status now . No guarantee! Uncertain !

Yep and that's why I was asking here maybe someone had answered no and everything has been ok. But I'm lost cause on the instructions to fill out form I-821d it says something about if you have said yes in the past you can say no this time or something like that it's so confusing

2nd time i would put no. You havent done.anything since. Youve already been approved once man. If they say anything you just call them and explain to them.i wouldnt stress about it. Besides you even said you read to put No. It makes sense so there wouldnt be no confusion.

Just my 2 cents though man

You can put "yes" and under Part 8. "additional information" on 3a/b/c type in 4/4/1 and on 3d just type something like

"No criminal arrests or violations since my DUI disposition on XX/XX/XX. proof of disposition and cleared recrds were submitted on a previous DACA application sent on xx/xx/xx."

Clear conscience
