OP, you should definitely speak with a lawyer about the possibility of a U-VISA and report that person. Blackmail is under the list for U-VISA. DM me for a great U-VISA referral in San Francisco.

Good luck proving that she was blackmailed.

But nonetheless, report him and make sure it goes on record. They may not end up doing anything since is your word against him. But if you leave a papertrail it can help people in the future.

Would they allow you to bring a body cam into those sit-downs? It would be a good way of catching him in the act.

Also, it's your responsibility to report him, whether they decide to take you seriously or not.

If you have a lawyer, don't worry. He/she will fix the mistake and definitely report the sexual harassment. The cop has probably done this before to be this bold and it's obvious he hasn't been reported before. There should be video tape and other evidence there that needs to be collected asap.

You don't even need to prove anything yo, all she needs is a police report. Then she can use that report to file for a U Visa. They don't even need to find the guy guilty.

Thank you so much for the support. I filed a complaint with the department of Homeland Security today. Even if nothing comes out of all this, at least I did something about it. I will update about the NOID. Thank you

I am actually in agreement with this in would be difficult to prove, but glad it was reported.

All federal properties have a high degree of surveillance on not only visitors, but officers as well. The officer will definitely be given notice and investigated according to the rules set internally.

I was thinking, those offices usually have a ton of cameras everywhere, so depending where it happend, they could at least prove that the officer went up to her in the queue or waiting area and talked to her. At that point it would still be a she said he said, but considering how serious the accusation is, they might try to catch him or at least remove him from dealing with the public... of course that's if DHS cares enough to look into it..

If what OP said then this wasn't the first time ever. Who does that so confidently if not someone who has done that in the past ? I bet this wasn't the first time and he has been reported but also those cases drops. Maybe that's why he's so confident because he knows USCIs will not do anything

Hello everyone, I just wanted to let you all know that with the help of my fantastic attorney, we were able to override the NOID. Here's a quick recap:

Sent In Renewal: 3/9/17
Received Nebraska: 3/13/17
Biometrics: 4/5/17
NOID Issued: 5/5/17
Response to NOID: 5/11/17
Approved: 5/19/17

Also, I did submit a complaint to Department of Homeland Security and hired an attorney to talk about my chance of obtaining a UVISA. My attorney was able to get me a meeting with the Director of Federal Agents for USCIS. I made an official report against the officer and this week I will be called in to choose his picture from a pile in order to prosecute him. I am a little overwhelmed by all this, but by the looks of it, sucker is going down!!!!! Thank you all again for your support!!
