Just depends on your IELTS now and whether or not your work experience falls under one of the skilled worker categories.

A job offer in Canada is really hard to receive. If you get atleast an 8 in listening and atleast a 7 in the remaining 3 sections of the IELTS you will qualify (IF your 3 yrs of work experience qualify in skilled category- that the consultant/attorney can tell you). Also unofficial IELTS scores are released online on 13th day from the test so if you took it on 5/13 you should have it by 5/26.

Can OP or anyone chime in on my situation?

The company that I work for have a branch in Canada. Do I qualify for express entry if I get job offer to work there (Quebec), even tho I don't have college degree?
I have worked at my company for 5+ years and earned many certificates on various tasks needed on my company, and worked my way up to be one of key people there.
I am aware that I will still have to go through Express Entry application but do you think solid job offer can make up for lack of college degree?

Thanks in advance.

-I applied via Skilled worker visa in 2010 and received a denial. the process was different back then. My main issue was lack of education. I had an incomplete college education and no associate degree. Things have changed and there is a concept of "express entry" . I keep hearing that an immediate job offer puts a lot of weight on your point system.

-Quebec has their own provincial nomination system (e.g. if they extend an offer to you then you automatically earn X amount of points). Don't know much about it, but heard from an acquaintance that his sibling, accountant by profession was able to secure 600 points via New Braunfels provincial nomination system. She lived in UK and the committee had arranged a gathering to recruit migrants.

I did come across this:

Employment Based - You would need to find a job in Canada, and the employer would probably need to show that there is a shortage of your skills there.

the above method could be the route you want to tackle.
