When I apply for DACA 2 years ago I submitted a misdemeanor Arrest i had back in 2008, and I was approved. I send my renewal but I put that I haven't been arrested because I already disclosed that in my first renewal did I have to disclose that and send my arrest records for renewal

I think your fine . They already have your record on file . If anything you can say that you thought they meant new arrests. I remember doing something similar and had no problems .

Since you sent proof the first time around, the renewal only requires you to submit new information (new arrests/violations/etc). There's a part on the last page where you can type more information - this is where you can put something like "No new arrests, violations or crimes committed since last DACA application dated xx/xx/xx"
