Have you guys contacted USCIS at all? If so what did they say?

Yes. I contacted them 3 times. I opened a service request. They stated that there is nothing that can be done but wait. I got a IOE for this renewal; however, the acceptance notice stated that it was headed to NSC. The second time I called them; they said it was at the Potomac SC , which is weird since they don't process DACA renewals. The third time the officer said it was waiting adjucation at CA SC. I asked regarding the various responses about the SC. He said various centers do "certain parts" of the process. Weird, Odd, but nothing I can do. I cannot contact my representative since she is a republican.

What about Ombudsman ? Did you submit a request with them already?

I HAVE contacted USCIS twice(132day and 151 day)....got the same response both times: YOUR CASE IS BEING PROCESSED AND IS STILL WITH OUR PROCESSING TIME TABLE. They even gave me a link to their processing time table....when I tried to explain to them last time, that the last update for that time table was February 28th (showing processing as of Oct 31st I believe), and it is now almost May, my processing date of Dec 21, has already passed or should be effective soon enough that perhaps they could provide me some additional information.

BTW, I got the dreaded case number that starts IOE....in other words "lo and behold the great ELIS, for ye' shall doth not wrong"

I replied before seeing this post, I am getting the same run around. No one can tell me where my case is, who is handling it, or even who to ask. I have a feeling that they are refusing to do anything about "expediting" it at this point is because they simply lost it and are both too proud and too embarrassed to admit it.

I am also stuck with Republican congressmen, but I have heard of people on this forum having some luck contacting department heads of DHS/USCIS branches dealing with DACA in general.

My situation is getting really dire: I thought I had enough savings for such circumstances but while waiting I was forced to use a portion of that money to buy a new car because of the old one breaking down, but guess what my state DMV won't let me register the new one because the temp visitor sticker shows the date of my expired EAD, and since I already filled out the tile I cannot even resell it to anyone or have someone else register it until I file my own tile and registration with the DMV.

Seriously, I just want them to finally tell me something one way or another.

Ok, my last post in a row. You say Dec 11. Is that your receipt date or the date when you actually sent it. I sent mine out on Dec. 13 or Dec 14 with Dec 21 being the processing date, and Bios completed on 1/17. Don't mean to pry but are you from NY/Long Island area by any chance, I am just trying to see if there is some correlation here

I wish you guys the best.

This extra long wait is definitely a big and a serious issue affecting many Dreamers.

There is gotta be a way to address this officially.

I was approved 2 days after my expiration. I felt the pain.

I know it is painful. Mine was received 12.11.16 and I have yet to hear anything. I lost my job as a senior accountant, health insurance, bonuses. I had to get a job at a local restaurant running food even though I have a Master's degree. May God have mercy on our souls because we have certainly now suffered persecution.
