TAFSA State aid

Anyone here from Texas that applied for the Tafsa and will get/are getting state aid?

I've applied for it when I was in school. Definitely helped me a lot!

If you dont mind me asking, how much did you receive?

I got it too.i learned though that you have to apply early. Some semesters i got almost full (was taking 3-4 classes at a time at university of houston) and others where i had to pay half which was still alot.
