Meant a fraud waiver. If you'd EWI'd then you do Advance Parole to clear the EWI and just adjust.

I'm talking about I-601(A) to waive my 10 year ban. I have no family back home to do advance parole for me.

AFAIK, USCIS does a background check on the petitioner as well. I assume this would include all benefits filed through the agency are included. I think at most USCIS will issue further scrutiny on any application filed.
