I sent in my AP application, they received it, charged me the $575 from my checking account. I didn't put much evidence I just put a letter explaining why I wanted to get this, and also the actual application. I am going today to translate a letter my sick grandma mailed to me that shows she's on medication and what her condition is. The letter is in polish, the agency I called charges $75 for translating. Do you think a letter that shows she's sick is enough for more evidence?

So did you get an RFE?

Yes, the letter is good enough. I believe you also need proof that you two are related. Birth certificate is needed.

if you translate the letter i believe it should be best if it was notarized, I'm not sure if any notaries speak polish and of course either send copy of the letter she sent. Why I say this is because my mother and sister had to get the affidavit notarized after they wrote it .

Just a letter that u wrote wont work, u of to send in your birth certificate, your mom birth certificate and grandma birth certificate to show how you are related along with the letter from a doctor about your grabdma condition, so i am sure the rfe is for the birth certificate and supporting evidence like a doctor letter from your grandma doctor
