I don't know about Uber because I don't want to be 1099'ed with my situation, but it my younger days, I had a stent as a town car and sometimes limo driver. Things like weddings were easy as there was a set time and they paid ahead of time, but it was an absolute shit show when someone wanted a car last minute on a saturday night. I knew people had sex in the back, did coke, one pissed in the ice bucket that holds the sparking wine...etc. I could deal with all that but the straw that broke the camel's back was when a guy with a limo rental ran out of money and the night kept getting worse and worse (hit and run, etc.) so I completely quit that mess.

I guess with Uber it's better since money doesn't exchange hands and you have a company backing you up instead of in my case getting accused of "not handling my business" and causing damage to the car...

Was it sound proof? Did they finish prior to you stopping at their destination?
