Trump will ask Sessions to defend DACA as a way to make him quit. He can tell him, you win the case or you are fired lol.

Trump wants loyalty...

Republicans are evil just like John mccain coming in to vote on healthcare after being diagnosed with brain cancer. He was cool with taking other ppls insurance away. So much for an American hero.

Its not ideal but beggars cannot be choosers. Would much rather have RACA. Dream Act 2017 is a lost cause not even going to waste my breath on that one.

I'm not sure if anyone remembers, but back in 2015, the Fifth Circuit actually decided that the State of Mississippi and ICE agents didn't have standing to sue the federal government about DACA, and dismissed the lawsuit (Crane v. Johnson). Now it just depends how those republican state AGs bring the lawsuit and what their claims are

Quote:
Mississippi, the court held, failed to put forward “any facts” to support that it would be injured by DACA. Importantly, the court recognized that implementation of DACA could actually result in “reduction in the fiscal burden on the state.

trump may have found a way to get rid of sessions without to worry about the senate.

jeff sessions might go in august during the congress recess... which means the senate wont be there to confirm his successor till next year. sad!
