Last time I did this, my application got sent back to me because I didn't fill out the required spaces and charged me an extra $30 for accidentally skipping them.
Just get the new forms in the link below, don't use the old forms.
When you fill out the forms, it has a prompt for when you print to tell you to sign it. It shows in red on the PDF on the computer as well. Good luck!

2. Write down whatever is the truth. Don't inflate/deflate numbers. My assets are way more than my expenses and it was not a problem for them.

3. Put "Yes". Look at your EAD card; the valid from date is what you enter. Include a color copy of your EAD, front and back, with the application.

4. Yes, include passport photos. Some members here will say it is not necessary but why take the risk? Yes, write your full name and A# on the back of the photo.

5. Make the check or money order payable to U.S. Department of Homeland Security

Hope this helps.
Regarding 2. Currently, I'm a full time student so right now. Do you guys think I can write down zero and explain my situation without any hassle?

When I applied & I was the same as you (full time student), I just put the value of like my belongings. Game consoles, laptops, electronics, stuff you could sell if you had to basically. I put $1,000.

After we send our renewal packet, is USCIS supposed to send us a notice letter saying they have received and are processing the renewal or are we just supposed to hang tight if we didn't do the G145 form? It's been about a week and I haven't received anything from USCIS. I tracked my package and it seems they received it but no official word. Am I just tripping or..?

Thought so, does it come in through the mail or is it sent electronically (e-mail, text, etc.)?

Piggybacking off of this. I don't remember what I should put on I-765 15. Current Immigration Status.
For 16. I think it's (c)(33).

Nevermind. I figured it out. I found an old Q&A thread for this.
