Which senator do you think will be the swing voters so I can fax them at a higher frequency?

You mean flyers for faxing? If that's what you mean then the answer is no because it's realtime application generating faxes and sending them through smtp.

yes only text. I can send graphics but that takes too much 'faxing' time. I'm also sending large print text flyers telling the senators to support the dream act.
