My grandparents from my mom's side of the family have passed away a few years ago. You guys think I can apply for AP so I can visit their graves? I have one remaining grandparent but she has no birth certificate or proof of ever existing so I can't use her as an excuse for AP. However, will USCIS allow me to visit my grandparent's graves?

my grandma did not have birth certificate either but she had her government id card and i used that and worked for me. make sure to explain why you are using id card instead birth certificate. you can write that birth certificate never exist that time. i would apply for living person instead graves. just get some proof from hospital or letters from clinic stating condition of living person. i used letters from clinic.

its not big deal. as long you have documents showing relationship with person you want to visit, have documents from doctor and affidavit from sick person, ids and birth certificates from your parents you are good to go. thats how we used 4 times. only one time was denied without giving me any reason. applied 5th time and approved again. wish you good luck.
by the way letters don't have to be pages long. i hardly wrote 3 lines. wish you good luck.

I also forgot to mention that my grandma is not sick. She's just really old but does suffer from diabetes and high blood pressure. Will that constitute me getting AP? Do I have a chance at getting AP through my grandparents who passed away?

look give a try. you have nothing to loose beside that little money but that will help you fix your entry if its not fixed. i would apply and write letter stating she's really old and u never know anything can happen to her and she's the only one left from your grand parents....ect. hopefully they will approve you.
