If anything, you should not be following the Democrats so blindly. DACA was a unilateral decision. They could have eliminated the age cap, but they played POLITICS with your age. They SCREWED YOU over.

Republican party was imploding when trump put himself in the race. Yet they won. Even if they lose presidency next time, I dont see Democrats getting majority in both chambers. Hell even when they had majority DA didn't pass. We like to pamper ourselves by believing DA has support from both sides but without compromise, even DA won't pass. Both parties are at fault. Why I am trying to do is prevent the Dems like Pelosi from screwing us over like they did with you. EVERYONE here knows that you deserved DACA, Everyone. Why were you left out? The Dems made such a stupid decision on this point; we are trying to prevent them from making another stupid decision at a point where something for dreamers can be done. If something does get done, it's not like we are going to force out our parents from our homes with pitchforks and call border patrol to pick them up. Immigration will always be after our asses, and getting a job will get tougher over time without documents. We cant at least mitigate these damn threats by getting something done for dreamers.

Democrats didn't screw me over. It's been the Republicans over and over. Yeah someone screwed up with the age cap but then they fixed it and it was a Republican governor and Republican elected judges who stopped it. These are the requirements for DACA. When was the damn age cap fixed lmfao???? There was an attempt to fix it, but it was never fixed. By then, it was too damn late. The Dems screwed you over. They should have never excluded aged out dreamers. They knew what they were doing, but they limited the age on purpose. We all know it.

Request DACA for the First Time

Guidelines

You may request DACA if you:

Were under the age of 31 as of June 15, 2012;
Came to the United States before reaching your 16th birthday;
Have continuously resided in the United States since June 15, 2007, up to the present time;
Were physically present in the United States on June 15, 2012, and at the time of making your request for consideration of deferred action with USCIS;
Had no lawful status on June 15, 2012;
Are currently in school, have graduated or obtained a certificate of completion from high school, have obtained a general education development (GED) certificate, or are an honorably discharged veteran of the Coast Guard or Armed Forces of the United States; and
Have not been convicted of a felony, significant misdemeanor,or three or more other misdemeanors, and do not otherwise pose a threat to national security or public safety.
Age Guidelines

Anyone requesting DACA must have been under the age of 31 as of June 15, 2012. You must also be at least 15 years or older to request DACA, unless you are currently in removal proceedings or have a final removal or voluntary departure order, as summarized in the table below:

IamAMan is obviously referring to eDACA. Technically, democrats did fix DACA and Republicans sued and won.

Anyhoo, DACA was the first of its kind so I can understand why they wanted to keep it on the down low and make it more attractive to people who might be against amnesty by putting the age cap on it. I never agreed with it but understand the logic.

In just 2 years, they realized the mistake and fixed it. I had all my proof gathered and my lawyer was ready to go as soon as the official application was posted. I even took the god damn passport photo at a CVS which i still have the night before it was supposed to go into effect and an hour later, REPUBLICAN Greg Abbott along with his AG Paxton, sued Obama and a Republican appointed judge put an injunction on it. It later went to the 5th circuit court and more Republican appointed judges confirmed the lower court ruling.

These are all facts here and given these facts where a Democratic President who already gave the gift of DACA to you fine people also extended the same gift to me and many of your parents and it was a series of Republicans who put a stop to it, your brilliant conclusion is that Democrats are my real enemy and I should support Republicans?
