If the Bridge Act passes, you can still re-apply if you're DACA-eligible.

I agree, theres a lot of speculation at this point. If DACA is rescind there will be an uproar imo. We will suffer but it'll bring attention to the need of some sort of relief.

I'm really surprise that the BRIDGE Act is not getting much attention now, wasn't that the plan since Trump took office January 20th. That in the event he canceled DACA, it would be a place holder until something more permanent could be worked out. But no, he kept it around and everyone got comfortable and are now demanding green cards and full citizenship smh.

They need to stop this bullshit demand of "citizenship for all." This has to be done in pieces step by step. I really think if you're eligible for DACA, you should apply for DACA immediately. Just borrow the damn money if you have financial problems or something and stop being scared. There's not going to be any financial help for you to get DACA lol. Not sure if I understand what you're asking.
every democrat ive seen has been talking about daca and the dreamact. i havent heard anyone pushing full 11 million legalized since obama.

So guys, even if congress acts and moves forward with the dream act, wouldn't Trump still have to sign it? and what makes us think he will?

Because it won't just be a straight dream act bill. It will be paired with some form of border security .

I don't know whats worse: never getting the benefits of DACA and seeing the opportunity possibly being taken away, or having DACA all these years only to be essentially forced back into the shadows? :/

Exactly. Anyone who thinks Dream Act can pass without giving something up is insane.

That's the thing. I HATE how the media is not giving attention to these types of issues. I can sometimes understand why people feel that the media is biased. I understand and agree that our President displays behaviors that can cause concern, but why not talk about immigration issues and how DACA is in jeopardy? Or the fact that the debt ceiling will most likely go up - again? Or the fact that Trump is getting rid of rules and orders from the Obama era to protect the environment?

Yes new sites talk about them but in TV, all I see is "Trump argued with McConnell", "Trump went golfing", come on.

Never gamble on a man that says he is 100% certain.

Back on topic: everything is up in the air right now.
