Applaying for advance parole right now ?

I have faith but also scared I was thinking of applaying for advance parole even with all this uncertainty .

I've asked this before and it was not taken serious . Believe me it's a serious questions .

What are some lesser known humanitarian reasons ?

Is a family member with diabetes a good reason?

What's a lesser known reason many of us might qualify for . I'm sure many of us have family members that are not in good health .

Don't do it. Even if you were to get approved, if the demagogue cancelled DACA while you were out, you may not get back in.

I would wait until all this stuff with daca future being uncertain to be over and hopefully it ends in our favor

I think it would be a good idea to apply that way the process moves along it does not mean I will use it just means I'll have the option as a last result in case they phase out Daca I would have saved the extra months waiting .

yes apply for for it and pretty much nothing gonna happen to daca. only solution to daca is Green cards or citizenship. just apply and go for it and fix your entry. most of the guys here already started farting without reason. people don't understand that the reason why they are saying to cancel daca is to presurize political parties and make permanent solution thats all. relax and nothing bad going to happen but good.

I'm admiring your optimism! Plus, if Donald J. Trump does not terminate DACA altogether or chooses the grandfather option, the ones travelling on AP will still come back to the USA because like the EADs they will still be valid unless the program DACA ends entirely.

Imagine volunteering for a humanitarian cause in Uganada and your ass gets stuck there. Oh god, you'd be triple fucked lol

That's only if Trump decides to rescind DACA entirely which means that everything including EADs and AP documents will be considered invalid. Chances are he might just let EADs end until their date of expiration and maybe the AP documents will still function.
