What I am not understanding is why haven't Democrats and Republicans in Congress thought about starting to debate that bill which would secure DACA protections for current recipients? Can't really blame Trump only. Congress is sitting on their ass doing nothing. They can at least pass that law if not Dream act. Then people like Sessions won't be able to argue that this is "executive overreach."

Because congress is in recess for the month of August. It's the reason we're all anxiously waiting for September, with no action on anything during August (except Trump's tweets that is)

Because they have to pass the debt ceiling and a funding resolution aka chance of government shutdown. September was going to be bad for congress even without DACA and now the hurricane aid package.

You want to curse somebody out for either jumping the gun or speculating on a decision we all know is coming anyway in 4-5 days when that's all people do on here?

Fuck I can't do it guys. I'm 22 years old, I got DACA for the first time at 17 and in high school, I can't live like you guys did pre-DACA. I just can't fucking do it, I don't know what I'm gonna do.
