I don't know. I might be biased cause my family in DF, Morelia, Guadalajara, and Guanajuato have never encountered cartel violence but they live in upper class neighborhoods. The ones that have are junkies themselves. But regular crime like robberies and stuff, they have experienced that shit lol.
