the dream act has no age provision and only have to have entered before being 18 so i dont know why even bring it up

DA (not DACA) has an age gap, so yes, what I said that triggered you into confusing DACA with DA, age does matter

uhm no it doesnt. i dont know what version you are reading but the 2017 has no age cap

the reason the current da doenst have an age cap is because they know many on daca will be close to 30 or over. thanks for playing.

nice one pianos, that was the point of Dream Act 2017... to cover people who have DACA regardless of age.

Trump is holding DACA as a hostage or a bargaining chip. Why would he kill it and lose the only hostage he has and lose all bargaining power? That's the only reason he hasn't canceled it so far. It's not like he cares about immigrants.
