(2/3): When I return to D.C., I will file a discharge petition to force a floor vote on the #BRIDGEAct. GOP Congressman Mike Coffman right now

I would rather keep DACA under the radar. The more assholes that know about DACA, the more pressure there's going to be on trump.

Serious question here...not busting balls....

Isn't bridge act just like a 3 year deal? I don't trust congress and the house to keep it going for more than 3 years. Daca is more directly vulnerable, but it least has an indefinite time period (not referring to renewals, but the program itself). Anyone else feel that way? Am I missing something?

Exactly. If RACA is available, why not vote for that one? Bridge act is not a good deal. It's better than nothing, but I feel that anyone that supports it would support something better. Might as well go for the better option.

From what I understand, DACA and BRIDGE are basically identical, with a 3 year permit instead. We should be aiming for RACA if anything, it would give us conditional PR.

Yes it is. At this point, we should take what we can get. The longer we are protected, the harder it will be for us to lose that protection down the road.
