Diabetes is NOT a good reason unless the person is extremely sick and you can prove it. I did emergency AP last October for humanitarian reasons (grandfather was very very ill). When I did my Daca renewal this past May, USCIS gave me a hard time because of the AP (they actually issued me an Intent to Deny my renewal). They made a mistake on the system and did not register the fact that they issued me AP. It was a nightmare to fix the issue. I would not go ahead if I were you. |

I hear the same questions a lot and many have said they have gone to a field office in person and some have had their expeditions approved but very rarely.
