When I did my Daca renewal this past May, USCIS gave me a hard time because of the AP (they actually issued me an Intent to Deny my renewal). They made a mistake on the system and did not register the fact that they issued me AP. It was a nightmare to fix the issue. I would not go ahead if I were you.
I think this might be a little misguided advice . You eventually renewed Daca even after the hard time you received. . The benefits of clearing your EWI out weighs any hard time USCIS might give you unwarranted on your renewal .

I should be speaking with a lawyer on ways to apply .

Jesus christ at some of you

Applying for AP does NOT mean you get it ASAP and leave tomorrow. its going to take TIMES if not WEEKS. We will have our answer by the 5th and thats days away.

Apply for it anyways. if you are approve and DACA is let alive, then do it

I am gathering the necessary info as we speak to apply for AP. Just gather the info you can if there is a good reason for you to go. AP isn't going to be approved for a while. You will have a definite answer by the time you're ready to apply. If DACA ends, well at least you tried. If it stays, you'll be ready to apply for it. With that being said, has anyone here tried getting AP expedited? What info did you have to send in? My cousin applied with a letter from our grandma's doc and got denied.

Why was he denied ? I'm sure he got some REFs first?

I hear the same questions a lot and many have said they have gone to a field office in person and some have had their expeditions approved but very rarely.
