All over this forum I advocate as DreamAct as the first step towards immigration reform.

Daca is not legalization, so no, it is not the first step of immigration reform.

Off to contact my union and congress members. I suggest you do the same.
Yes I do have DACA and I just renewed for 2 more years. And no one said this is a solution, I said it's a stopgap for those who haven't renewed or haven't yet applied because of age. It's also a stop gap from Trump ending the program as a whole, giving Congress more time to pass something permanent. Understand the difference. With people like you we don't need, your failing to compromise coming in with a "give me what I want mentality".

With Bridge Act we still won't be able to travel internationally freely. Will stay in cage like birds.

DACA is a stop gap NOT Bridge Act.
Bridge Act will be a Permanent hole.

If Bridge act even offered a renewal option, then I'd be all for it. I don't know if I can trust congress to come up with some type of beneficial solution, or a path to citizenship, in those 3 years. I feel like they'll pat themselves in the back and forget about it until someone reminds them. I realize I'm not in a position to be demanding...... but was it really too much to ask to leave DACA alone? It's that 3-years-only and no mention of a renewal part that bothers me.
