They're on now. Durbin is describing what DACA is/was now.

Durbin explained exactly how DACA works... which is useful since a lot of people think it costs them THEIR taxpayer dollars to keep us. He explained the whole background check process and the expensive filing fee.

Durbin said their goal is to pass the DREAM Act this month. September.
