Dreamers,

Can someone help me out to look for a template of withdrawing AOS application from USCIS. I understand my wife will have to sign it.

I'm on mobile and currently arguing. I cannot stand in this relationship, even after counseling shit is not getting better.

Please help.

Agree with p97. Get that AOS!
I withdrew AOS case two years ago and I beat myself up for it all the time. Take advantage of it.

Work it out.
Tell her it's been a stressfull day and you wanted some time to yourself to process..blah blah.
She should understand.
Don't withdraw, this can be worked out.

If she were pregnant by another, cheating on you or acquired quite a criminal record... that would be a reason to withdraw, but not petty arguements.

Don't you fucking do it! I had an opportunity like this many years back.

I regret not taking it.

this is not the time to be making such a sensitive decision. i suggest you let this subside, and, when it does, that you both talk about it and your relationship in a calm manner.
