Entered with AP yesterday

Yo!

Yesterday I entered the country with my emergency AP after being out of the country for 6 weeks. It was really easy and it went smooth.

At the first inspection point they asked the same questions they were asking everyone else: where did you come from, why were you there and why are you here.

I was then pulled into an office where they didn't even ask me anything and let me go after 5 minutes of the officer doing paperwork.

So if you have AP I would recommend you use it because who knows when we will get another opportunity to go out of the country (on our own accord lol)

The only reason I have emergency AP is because they didn't approve the one I sent in the mail on time.

How do you apple for emergency ap

You cannot apply for AP, emergency or otherwise. Pending AP applications are being refunded. If you were granted AP before the Sept. 5th announcement then you can still use it.

My biggest fear was being out of the country while DACA was being cancelled. Glad everything worked out for you.
