What is a significant misdemeanor - besides getting a DUI?

I had an understading that significan mismeanor was

A 'significant' misdemeanor is: a misdemeanor that involves domestic violence, sexual abuse or exploitation, burglary, driving under the influence (DUI), unlawful possession or use of a firearm, or drug distribution or drug trafficking; or. any misdemeanor for which you are sentenced to more than 90 days in prison

I believe (I) is a felony. (a crime, typically one involving violence, regarded as more serious than a misdemeanor, and usually punishable by imprisonment for more than one year)

Under the Dream Act bill, Significant misdemeanor should not disqualify you.

kinda fucked up they wont include our employment during DACA years or your bachelors or masters degree dont count because you did it before this bill. lol
I agree - it should count. Many of us have now passed background checks 3X in last five years; we've been carefully vetted. This doesn't really bother me because I'll be working those 5 years whether it is required or not. And I already have my Masters.

I am trying to get my Masters at Middlebury Institute of International Studies at Monterey, focusing on international relations with a focus on Russian politics. I'll be a diplomat to Россия (Russia) in about 10 years! Woooooo.

Consistently employed does this mean that we have to be employed under the conditional status? I'm confused here

because i know w/ DREAM ACT, we get to skip the conditional PR part because we already got the Bachelors/Masters Degree. So once we initially apply for the program we can immediately change status for full PR cutting the 10 yr to 5 year --- > citizenship.

Fa sho. I'll show you around girl. We're gonna own the streets of Moscow, explore the outskirts of the city and maybe take an overnight train to Kiev, shoot up to Pripyat and visit one of the spookiest ghost towns. You don't travel with me and have a terrible time - I give you my word or a 100% refund for your flight.
