Hello I am posting this for a family member
My cousin received an RFE because he did not answer one of the questions on his Daca form on accident . It is part 4 question 4 : Are you now or have ever been a member of a gang?

The thing is does he just answer it, or does he have to give a full explanation on the rfe?

There should be a box to check off "Yes" or "No"

If the answer is no, a simple check will suffice - no further explanation needed; however, if it's a 'yes' you may need to provide some details at the tail end of the application where it provides space. Good luck!

Thank you so much! So I Just answer no, and send the paper with the envelope they gave me to send back, and that's it? No further explanation if answered NO
