If you are visa overstay or EWI and AP this bill WILl prevent you from adjusting with USC. You are signing away all your rights. This is an evil bill that has Sessions and Miller all over it.

Fuck this POS bill.

I believe it's only if you lose your CPR. So you should still be able to adjust through USC spouse while you have CPR.

When they announced it, it sounded like a good bill. After the text was released you can see what a FU bill this is.

You were saying it was bad because of the long wait for USC without knowing all of the other details. Quit patting yourself on the back.

I think a lot of people like me are willing to take anything at this point. Anything beat living in the shadow or deportation.

I'm not sure if we are in a position to pick what bill we want. Few weeks ago, people were willing to settle for Bridge Act.

Remove the waiver and increase the age as it was for DACA and we good.

Honestly, the dream act has been around over a decade and still hasn't been able to pass. Maybe the SUCCEED act is something the democrats should embrace (since it's a republican bill and the majority of the senate, the house and the president are republicans, this has way better chance of passing). What the democrats can do is negotiate some of the terms in the SUCCEED act or amend it to take out some of the bad clauses.
