He said healthcare should come before the Dream Act. Hopefully next week we see some type of action from him. He does seem to want to help us.

I believe they mean "blocked" in the sense that they didn't sign onto the discharge petition? No?

I think they blocked DREAM Act coming to a vote, which is not related to the discharge petition (though that means a majority of GOP will not sign the discharge petition, which was expected).
