I was apporved TODAY!!!!! My case went from "actively being reviewed" to "Card being Produced"!!!! I almost got into a car accident when I got the update email! LOL
2 more years! next stop AOS!!!!!
I was going crazy! My EAD expired 10/5 and my current job has already asked me for an updated card!

Has anyones EAD taken more than 5 days to arrive since getting mailed and produced?
My case was approved 28th of Sept. and Card was produced and mailed Oct 3rd!
When i check online it just says approved on USCIS.gov but when I check myaccount.uscis.gov it says approved and mailed Oct 3rd.
I did receive a letter from USCIS stating that my BIOS were going to be used from my previous application and that I did NOT have to go in to my appointment and they will NOT be refunding the Bios fee.....AFTER it had already been approved and mailed. Its weird!
I call to get a tracking number and they say that my card has NOT been produced or mailed so they have no tracking number! I am confused!!!!
My job was very understanding about my expirationg on the 5th BUT since my EAD was renewed and approved they were able to update my status......
SOOOOOOO what is my next step anyone have any suggestions? This coming Tuesday will be 2 weeks?!
