If Dream Passes as an Admt. What's next?

IF it passes tomorrow. then..
Does it still have to be debated and voted again? or that's it.

If it passes it's vote tomorrow to be amended, then it is amended into the DoD bill. If the DoD passes the Senate, then DREAM passes. It doesn't have to go through the house anymore, just conference. Lets just hope no more "withdrawl" language is amended to the DoD bill or Bush will veto it.

If DREAM passes its vote tomorrow, and there is no withdrawl language, I'd say start collecting your paperwork.

I say start calling or else it will never pass.
