Blind is an anonymous work-based blog. In others words people use it to talk smack about the companies they work for. It does have some uses though. People discuss salaries, performance reviews, etc.

Anyway. I just noticed that all the H1B people on there are trashing us for skipping the line and how they have to wait for years and years. Etc.

You should join the app. Free on both android and iOS

Yea people think they have the moral high ground because they were able to come here legally even though we didn't choose to "skip the line," as if there's some magical line that anyone can get behind.

Idk. I h8 school. But I love my job. Only put myself through school so I could get a degree and ultimately a job.

I don't have a college degree, but I plan on getting a A.A.S in construction engineering just to add to my resume.

I'm a master commercial carpenter and construction superintendent with certificates in construction project management, project scheduling, estimating, construction law and practice, OSHA 10 and 30.
