Guys I'm confused. I'm subscribed to NumbersUSA newsletter (just to see what these jerks are up to) and they said the following:

Quote:
"Don't be fooled by the late attempt. Our legislative staff (the best on Capitol Hill) has looked over the "DREAM Act 2.0" and determined that only two changes have been made:

(1) Sets age limit for amnesty. Now illegal aliens must be under 30 years old to qualify. However, there is still a "humanitarian" and "family unity" waiver that can be granted by DHS.

(2) Removes the in-state college tuition section. However, aliens who get the amnesty will become legal residents and therefore will be automatically eligible for in-state tuition anyway."
These cowards lie and exaggerate to serve their hateful anti-immigrant purposes, that's why I want to check here if it's true, anyone know??

It would be better if the age limit was 41 at most. If you did the math, it would allow someone who missed the 1982 cutoff date for the 1986 amnesty and was less than 16 years of age.

16+25 years since 1982. Then that would cover almost everybody who'd qualify based on the basic provisions of the act.
