So I was checking the "updated" processing times table that was recently posted for the California Service Center and noticed that I-821 (DACA) has been removed and is no longer there. Sigh. Could this be a bad sign?

In October and September (after the DHS announced DACA was being rescinded) the processing times were still being updated. Sigh.

I'm sure it's part of them phasing DACA out. I also noticed it. I think it was the Nebraska or Texas Service centers that still have 821 up.

It also says that 765 time tables do not reflect c33 applicants (DACA) and that your 765 will only be considered AFTER your 821 has been adjudicated.

I had been keeping an eye on the time table since September and it was never really a good source of information anyways. Some members on this forum had claimed their initial application, not their renewal that they had sent in Feb 2017 had been recently approved, yet the website claimed they were still on December 2016 and with every update they did on the time table it only moved a few days in the month of December.

USCIS is no longer accepting applications and the program basically already has an end date, so no surprise there.

Well they are no longer accepting new applications and will probably dump whatever is left into Nebraska as there probably wasn't THAT many applications.

It's back up. But it shows 821D as being in January 4th 2017. I've been keeping my eye on this website since August and they have moved 1 day in applications per week that goes by. It was in December back in August and now January 4th in November

1 week that goes by the processing time moves by 1 day.

So according to them, they wont get to my application for another 4 years.

If I'm correct the next time they update the timeline will be around December 15th and the date changed to something around January 9th 2017
